What this covers

This explains what happens to your information when you use studiorr.co.uk, get in touch, or become a client, and what cookies this site sets, and why. It’s written in plain English rather than legal boilerplate; if anything here is unclear, contact@studiorr.co.uk will get you an actual answer, not a template reply.

If you fill in the contact form

Your name, email address and message are stored so Rhys can reply to you, and so past enquiries can be found again later. They aren’t used for anything beyond that: no mailing list, no follow-up marketing unless you separately become a client and agree to it.

If you become a client

Your business and contact details, quotes, invoices, and project files are stored to run the actual work: building your site, invoicing you, and keeping a record afterwards for accounts and support. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe (including Klarna, where you choose to spread a payment). Studio RR never sees or stores your card details.

Where your data actually lives

This site and its client records run on Google Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). Transactional emails (quotes, invoices, receipts) are sent through Resend. Payments go through Stripe. Each of these processes data on Studio RR’s behalf under their own security and privacy terms; none of them are given more than they need to do their specific job.

Google Ads & existing clients

If you're already a client, Rhys may upload your email address to Google Ads in hashed form, purely to stop you being shown Studio RR's own prospecting adverts elsewhere online — the point is to save wasted ad spend showing you ads for a service you've already bought, not to market to you further. Google can't reverse the hash back into your actual email address, and this is never used to build a wider advertising audience or shared for any other marketing purpose.

You can ask for this to be switched off for your details at any time via contact@studiorr.co.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site asks before it sets any analytics cookie: nothing runs until you accept the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics sets a cookie (typically named _ga or similar) to understand which pages get visited and roughly how, so the site can be improved over time. If you decline, none of that is set, and the site works exactly the same either way.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which brings the cookie banner back on your next visit.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask for a copy of it. Email contact@studiorr.co.uk and this will be handled directly: there’s no automated process or third-party form standing between you and an answer.
